We can assess customer’s current environment and identify the changes necessary to align IT

Whether our customers need to define new services, justify expenditures or refine existing
business models, our IT strategy and planning solutions provide the insight they need to optimize IT
investments. There are three specific services within the IT Strategy and Planning category.

- Project/Portfolio Management
The Project/Portfolio Management service evaluates the value and risk to an organization
by collecting, analyzing, and maintaining summary project information of existing and candidate projects,
needed for executive review and decision making. We help balance resources between projects,
assess appropriate project management tools, methods and processes and takes proactive action
when trends within the portfolio indicate action is necessary. This service also will help reconcile
competing or conflicting priorities.
At Vismaad, we practise a professional and comprehensive project management methodology.
It can be described in four stages as illustrated below .
Stage 1: Initiation
The first stage is The Initiation, which begins once a Statement of Work (SOW) document is accepted
and signed by the client. The project manager will review the client strategy and conduct
a pre-engagement team meeting with the project team members
Stage 2: Planning
The second stage is The Planning Process. The project team will analyze the SOW in detail to perform
a high level planning process. At this stage, the document scope is defined and the project team is ready
to conduct a client kickoff meeting. Following the kickoff meeting, the project manger will establish
a communication path with the client, as well as draw up schedules and milestones.
Various plans will also be defined before arriving at the Project Definition Document (PDD).
After the client verifies the PDD, the project plan commences.
Stage 3: Implementation & Control
In stage three, we deliver the contracted services. Throughout the duration of the project, weekly meetings
(or whenever required) will be held to review and update the client with the most current status.
Upon completion of project deliverables, an internal review will take place among the project team members.
This will be followed by a client deliverable review and a client acceptance process if the client is satisfied
with the deliverable.
Stage 4: Continuous Project Management & Control Activities
The fourth stage – Continuous Project Management & Control Activities – takes place throughout the entire project.
Stage 5: Closeout
The fifth and final stage is The Closeout. The project manager will collect and verify all final records
and proceed to conduct a client closeout review.
